5 Days Pilot Terms

The 5 Days Pilot is a limited setup and learning period for one agreed customer interaction journey.

What the pilot includes

We will agree one tap point, one customer journey, and how interactions will be reviewed. Any additional hardware, integrations, travel, or custom work must be agreed separately.

The interaction commitment

If your pilot is accepted and you do not receive your first 20 tracked customer interactions during the agreed pilot scope, your next month is on us. This offer applies only when the agreed tap point is available to customers and your team follows the agreed setup.

What the pilot is not

The pilot is not a promise of reviews, sales, repeat visits, or customer consent. It is a practical test of a customer interaction journey.

After the pilot

At the end of the pilot, you may choose whether to continue. There is no automatic long-term commitment unless you expressly agree to one.
